Depends on what type of "settings" you're talking about. From a 10,000 foot
view, I'd say you could probably go to the bulk administration tool and use the
general import export tool to dump out the enterprise parameters ... etc.

Curious, are you updating them all with similar or different information?
I've used the "by query" or something like that to update a batch of phones -
but of course, with similar information.
