when i login jabber from my desktop/laptop, i can access voicemail without any
issue. but if i login via IPhone the voicemail service keep reconnecting and
gives the following error.
"cannot connect to voicemail server. check your network settings. Reconnect"

Sip Trunk --> ITSP
When sending outbound calls from IP Phone to provider it fails sometimes
with 403 forbidden and 503 Service not

Back in the day there was a compatibility matrix for routers / vgw's with
each version of CM software. I'm not finding anything like that in 11.5.
is it that it's no longer an issue, or am I just not google fu'ing it well
enough?

You must make sure the Active checkbox on the DN is selected if it is not
associated to a device. I recommend you assign the DN to a CTI Route Point to
keep track of the number, It is hard to find DN's that are not attached to
devices sometimes.

Now he has left, I want to repurpose the phone, but still have ext 1511
forward. Can I setup a forward with an extension that doesn't have a phone?

I have an issue with CUPS status on the operator console on CUAC-A, The
IM&P cluster has 3 nodes, one node the Publisher in the DefaultSubcluster
and two subscriber nodes in another subcluster, users are balanced between
subclusters across the Publisher node and first node in second subclus
