factory reset procedures. Without proper DHCP/Option 150/TFTP, factory
resetting your phone can actually brick your phone. Careful!
A guy I'm lucky enough to know has posted about this in the past.
Sometimes, you can try the old trick of using an isolated tftp server and
advertise the firmware through a layer 2 network (a windows PC, tftp and a
manageable switch will accomplish this).
