There is a lot that could be unpacked here, in terms of a reply, because this
area of Cisco UC can be a bit of a big "if then, do else" decision matrix if
you're not familiar with all the underlying players. From a 10,000 foot view,
multi domain support will work pretty much like
Bounce the RIS DB Collector (Realtime Information Database Collector Service).
This usually brings it backup, then logout / login of the admin GUI.
If the issue keeps happening after restarting, dig a little deeper; DNS, NTP
... all the usual suspects.
Outside of a bug, this can be the result
I've got a 3 subscriber cluster 11.5.2SU2 with about 3,500 phones. I've got
a handful of about 300 phones that are working, no problem. I can call them,
they can call me. However under Device > Phone I see them not showing an IP
address and show None.
