Well, it's not perfect, but it works. I'm guessing my host PC is not up to
snuff to make it as good as it could be though.
Basically:
Host Laptop : HDMI Out > HDMI In : HDMI-to-USB : USB > USB : Host Laptop
Then on the Host laptop select the video and mic input to be the HDMI-to-USB
adapter.
