Anyone come across anything like 7940's not playing Ringback to the user when an external call is made out externally over a SIP trunk. CUCM is V10. Firmware on the 7940's is as up to date as possible. Calls proceeded normally on CUCM 8.5 normally. Only noticed this on the move to V10. Thanks

Just been through this exact scenario. Basically the phones will show the + symbol in the calling lists and on the display on inbound calls, but if you try and dial the +E164 stored number it will drop the + and dial the remaining digits. Basically we just had to setup a TP to allow calling E164

To be honest it was the best thing to happen. After inheriting a customer setup where they were using AA's on O365, with Cube acting as the SBC, we saw endless issues with calls being answered but no audio heard. Wouldn't work for a varied length of time only to just start working again.
