[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 10.0 / SAML

2014-01-27 Thread Robert Kulagowski
Single Sign On in Unity Connection prior to 10.0 looks like it was designed to ensure that everyone just ran Exchange for voicemail. It looks like 10.0 might make this better, but all I'm finding for 10.0 on Cisco.com are Locale Installers. Is 10.0 out yet? All the docs say October 2013, but I'm

[cisco-voip] Received C220M3 with only a HV partition on the FlexFlash

According to http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/solutions/collateral/data-center-virtualization/unified-computing/whitepaper_C11-718938.pdf There were supposed to be 4 partitions on the FlexFlash, but there's only the HV partition, and it's the full 16GB. Is this how it's supposed to ship now?

[cisco-voip] Two-way SMS services?

2014-06-10 Thread Robert Kulagowski
I checked the archives, and the last discussion seems to have been back in 2011 with Ozeki NG. Is anyone doing two-way SMS into something like Lync 2013 or Jabber? ___ cisco-voip mailing list cisco-voip@puck.nether.net

[cisco-voip] Any experience with services for updating the LIDB?

2014-10-29 Thread Robert Kulagowski
We may be moving to syncing our DIDs with actual names instead of a generic company name. Has anyone done this in bulk; we might have a few thousand in the first go-around. Are there services that allow you to update the LIDB on your own, or is it up to the provider that owns the DID range?

[cisco-voip] What SIP response code does CUCM need to try another trunk?

2015-06-08 Thread Robert Kulagowski

2015-11-13 Thread Robert Kulagowski
Has anyone deployed IP Communicator or something similar to an Amazon Workspaces (Desktop as a Service) client? Does IP Communicator work in any sort of PC over IP scenario? Are there any other solutions? Right now my research is pointing to "no":
