Has anyone had any dealings with uccx CET Tool?
I've got a case open for an issue and the TAC Guys are struggling with
installing the CET Tool as it looks like the passwords don't match even
though they have been changed.
Anyone have any ideas I/We could try?

Is there a different way to achieve this consolidation process?
I'm using a Cisco support community doc but its for v8 ok its old but I
wouldn't have thought that it would be too far out.
For the upgrade I have kept the server names the same and just changed the

I think you will find that the end points register to callmanager with the
expressways just acting as a firewall transition pipe.
The tms servers are just used for scheduling conferences.

Ok, I’ve found the info, as we are on a pre version 10 system, there doesn’t
seem to be an automagical process.
Which isn’t too big a deal as we will be upgrading to 10.5 later in the year.
