integration. I cannot find the information on this compatibility matrix:

I am trying to do a fresh install of UCCX 10.6 - integrated with CUCM 10.5 SU1.
I am using the .ova and .iso files that came preloaded on the Be7000H M4
server. 2 issues:
1. And I have a TAC Case - I see the error message: Unsupported hardware
detected once I build the virtual mac
Looks like the problem was with the original .iso. I received a new copy of
the Win2k8 R2.iso and the installation was successful.

After upgrading from UCCX 8.5 to UCCX 10.5.1 I noticed, in real time reporting
tool, two of this customer's CSQ's are showing their call statistics as
cumulative numbers, meaning they are not resetting at midnight like the rest of
the queue's.
Any thoughts??

Question - hopefully an easy one. We just did an upgrade from UCCX 8.5 to UCCX
10.5, HA, with Premium licensing. When I try to add a user to the Historical
Reporting Capability View I get the below pop up message. Also in CUIC I can

You can just do another Restore and it should come back. Its a race condition
where CVD is not initialized before the restore.

We are using the PUT tool to upgrade our UCCX HA cluster from 8.5.1 to 10.x and
we are looking to change the hostname after the upgrade. I see changing the IP
Address is officially supported but changing the hostname, in version 9.x, is

Does anyone know of a way to disable ring-back tone to a caller on an H.323
gateway? I have Outbound IVR configured and when the customer receives the
call they hear ring-back as if they had placed to call into the system, after
that the call hits the application and plays the prompt.
