So we are on CM 12.5 also using contact center express.

seems to be a large hole in our data.

We are looking at putting up Expressways and seem to believe we can
register our Video endpoints to CM or Expressways or TP server.
What are the pros vs cons of each? What are others doing? I lean toward
CM but would like to know what others are doing.
TIA

OK, I'm on CM 10.5.2.13038-1
I have 8861 phone running both 10.3.1 and 11.0.1. Both phone loads after
logging into or out of extension Mobility leave the application windows on
the screen. Is this a configuration issue? I don't see a bug ID for it.
But users are tired of hitting the exit

Our experience is NO. After Begging and telling them we were going to
upgrade they did get us a Temp license but it was only good for 365 days.
They said the EoS stands. you have to upgrade.
YMMV

It's not just you. we were hitting the hunt group disconnect with
Extension Mobility. All users were logged out and it would disconnect also.
we got an ES (10.5.2.13038-1) and that seems to have fixed the hunt group
log out disconnect issue.

FTP?
I've started a pilot with FreeFTPd but it keeps crashing and then I have to
restart it and run my backups again.

So what vendor do you use for Remote phone control?
Do you like them?
Pro's and Con's?
We have used SingleWire for the last 5 or 6 years, but they have made
their's free and not continuing support for new Models.
We are moving from 7961's to 88xx series. I have a Demo of Uplinx. It

OK so we had CM 8.6 running on MCS servers with 146 gb mirrored drives.
Now I'm on VM CM 10.5 and the OVA came with a 80 gig drive.
Now I'm bouncing at my 90% used common partition.
