[cisco-voip] Hookflash Transfer on 6901

Is there a trick to this? Never deployed one, try hitting the hookflash and 
instead of transferring lose the call.

It's tricky, but you have to press and quickly release the hookswitch
button to activate hookflash. I know it took me a few attempts to figure it
out.
