Jason, this is usually due to the viewed server not trusting the ipsec cert of the viewing server, but I’d make sure tomcat is legit too because whatever stopped the ipsec cert from transferring probably stopped the others to (Ex. a subscriber was powered off while a new subscriber was added ...
