I don’t think CUBE licensing is perpetual. You should call Cisco to get a
definite answer but the folks I know had to rip and replace.

We are upgrading to the larger router to support more concurrent calls from our
provider, but I don’t want to abandon the $30,000 plus investment I already
have in session
I don't have the answer, but and extremely related topic. You cannot move
SRST licenses to another router. Despite the fact that SRST license are
honor based; just like CUBE.
