Evening all, One of our sites needs a line setup that callers can dial and answer a series of recorded questions, once complete the call will end and the recording will then be sent to the mailbox of a specific users phone. Whilst I understand the theory behind this I am having some issues

Not in front of my Unity box at the time, so my labels might be wrong: IIRC, you'd set up a new Interview Handler, and select the user under Mailbox recipient There should also be an option that says something along the lines of After Interview Action, where you'd select Conversation: Hang Up.
