I have a customer today he uses Office365 services at cloud, Exchange,
Sharepoint and Lync everything not on premise.
Me questions is, can we instegrate Lync and CUCM 9.1, to enable Lync to
make calls using his Softphone services? Or making Lync ring as a Extesion
of my Desk Phone?
This is pretty simple. Put an Acme Packet SBC on the edge of the customer
premise to sit between CUCM and Lync SIP Trunks. It’s Lync certified and very
robust. It can also double as an SBC for PSTN SIP Trunks.
