Hi, I upgraded CUCM over the weekend from version 9.1 to 10.5(2) and applied the upgrade license on the PLM for version 10.x . I noticed some EM profiles, end users, phones and BLF speed dials disappeared after the version switch over. Fortunately those missing items were not much so I added them
