Re: [cisco-voip] ipvmsa service
I was _just_ about to write this. It’s exactly how I solved my problem. I think I had to rename my group though because I was so upset at the time. ;) -sent from mobile device- Lelio Fulgenzi, B.A. | Senior Analyst Computing and Communications Services | University of Guelph Room 037 Animal Science & Nutrition Bldg | 50 Stone Rd E | Guelph, ON | N1G 2W1 519-824-4120 Ext. 56354 | le...@uoguelph.ca<mailto:le...@uoguelph.ca> www.uoguelph.ca/ccs<http://www.uoguelph.ca/ccs> | @UofGCCS on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook [University of Guelph Cornerstone with Improve Life tagline] On Jan 24, 2020, at 3:02 PM, NateCCIE mailto:natec...@gmail.com>> wrote: Glad you were able to restart, but I’d like to say for historical purposes that any media resources that are not in any MRG become globally available, like an extension that is not in a partition. Glad you were able to restart, but I’d like to say for historical purposes that any media resources that are not in any MRG become globally available, like an extension that is not in a partition. It depends on what and how you're using those resources. Eg if you don't use CFB on CM, or if you only use hardware MTP, etc. On Fri, Jan 24, 2020, 11:00 AM Scott Voll wrote: > Can you restart the IP voice media streaming app service on CM without > issues? > > I'm troubleshooting a MOH issue and would like to restart the service mid > day. Re: [cisco-voip] ipvmsa service
If there are active calls on the software conference bridge, those will be killed. But generally a low risk restart.
