Requirements from client listed below: **Manufacturing industry experience is required** 1. RPG IV senior programmer (8-10 years though likely they have 20+ years of experience) 2. Knowledgeable about concepts of MRP II is required 3. Basic responsibility will be writing reports/queries under the direction of the company primarily in the areas of inventory control, back orders/ back log, MRP planning, etc. Could also be exporting data to Excel so users can manipulate data. 4. Exposure to Friedman Application (package software – using very old 1987 version) is a plus but not mandatory 5. Location for assignment: Hastings, MI 6. Onsite required for the first week or two to understand client environment. 7. Offsite for actual programming (to design, test & deploy) although might be required to occasionally go back onsite. 8. Will report to a business operational/finance consultant to help improve business operations.
