Location: Wilmington, DE

Currently,
a client of ours in Wilmington, DE is looking for .NETDevelopers with previous
experience working in an Agile environmentfor a year + long consulting
assignment.
Summary:
The Senior Developer will be assigned to an agile project team. As a member
of a project team, the developer may assume various roles for delivering
projects.
Sharp programming skills, eagerness for challenging, leading-edge development
opportunities, and the ability to work with a variety of technologies and
personnel
are critical to the success in this role.
The developer on IT development team will be working with development teams,
architecture team and the infrastructure teams as part of project delivery
to design and deliver a holistic solution which adheres to the requirements
of all teams in IT department.
Requirements:
7+ plus years work experience developing applications a must.
Proven strong development experience in the following:
* C# .NET development
* WCF Web service development
* Windows based programming - Winforms
* Unit testing - experience writing Unit Tests.
o Proven, job related experience using a Mocking framework is a plus
Previous expereince working in an Agile environment
Familiarity with continuous integration process and source control
Object-Oriented design and development.
Working knowledge of information security concepts and principles
Hands on experience with writing effective SQL and stored procedures
Must be detail oriented, have strong communication, documentation,
organization,
troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and design solutions
based on those requirements.
Demonstrated ability to influence other team members
Solid interpersonal skills.
Ability to communication clearly in written and verbal form
Exceptional problem solving abilities.
