Who can be hands on with the code but who also has prior PM experience and who understands code, patterns, structures, algorithms, etc. He wants someone who can understand test driven methodologies, various other development methodologies, Agile, Integration Tools, development delivery, support, etc. *Top Must Have's:* 1. .Net / C# 2. Entity Framework 3. Oracle, (They are a PL/SQL environment, but he'll look at someone who has T-SQL) 4. Prior PM experience (including development projects, QA and various releases) 5.
