3-8 years of experience We are looking for a talented UX Designer to create a huge impact on our product’s user experience. At the core, the UX Designer should be a user interface designer. The ideal candidate should have an amazing ability to guide the organization through new designs and redesigns of legacy UIs. They should be able to communicate and drive design solutions through the organization that meet and exceed the users’ expectations. *Responsibilities:* · Collaborate with product management, product owners and engineering to define and implement user interfaces · Understand target businesses, technologies, and users to provide input into the design process · Create user interfaces that stay true to the corporate brand and product vision · Identify and design UI components to be reused across the product set · Elevate the UI design by enhancing layout, configuration, micro interactions and visuals for targeted personas · Conduct research and make adjustments to ensure a match with targeted personas · Execute and have a bias toward doing. Love ambiguity and chaos and delivers clear solutions in a timely manner · Communicate and negotiate continuously through-out the process between multiple stakeholders as well as target customers *Requirements:* · UI design experience with HTML/CSS applications.
