Very broad portfolio of things. Two different distinct types of work. Good JavaScript skills, good troubleshooting skills, good communications *A/B Testing* – on a particular site, want to try a design on piece of a site. This person needs to be able to go into a webpage and use JQuery and CSS. *1st piece:* Setting up metrics, must be able to use JQuery to set up a certain way and configure tool to configure that information. Good experience with CMS. Adobe Target is what they are using *2nd piece:* Maintain analytics piece of it. Person must be able to architect and write a library themselves.
