Job Title: Business Data Analyst - Strong Healthcare Location: Danville, PA Duration: 6+ months Description: Client is a leader in central Pennsylvania's health care insurance industry. IT organization is in the midst of a multi-year new core system implementation project. This project requires seasoned Business Data Analysts to ensure mappings from source to target systems, and all data integrations are validated and documented against both business process expectations and the logical data model. The ideal candidates will bring a strong knowledge of various health care payer domain areas, and have the ability to communicate the subject areas in which they are most knowledgeable. Strong technical skills including advanced SQL and Excel, along with a thorough understanding of the concepts of ETL, source to target mapping and data modelling are required.
