*Additional Job Details: *

·         This position is responsible for leading aspects of the CORE
services design as in relates to the Sales Consultation, PPO and
Calculation services including the activities of analysis, sizing
assumptions, design standards/patterns, functional specifications, data
mapping, development of project tasks and milestones, and testing
activities related to supporting the service growth and integration.

·         This position will identify key risks and opportunities
associated with design and be visionary in proposing solutions that align
to the strategic technology and long-term business strategies.

·         Solution design needs to focus on operational efficiency as well
as meeting the business needs while balancing system performance and
capacity objectives.

·         This position will also play a key role in collaborating with the
development teams by translating business requirements and design into
tactical direction for development of solutions that fully meet the
business objectives as identified.

·         This position will play a key role in collaboration with other
CORE development teams and management in driving towards aggressive
timelines and schedules as CORE moves towards its full roll-out in support
of the banks home Lending product offerings. Part of this collaboration
will include understanding of source to target data mapping and data
persistence in order to create effective and efficient data model design.

·         Additionally, a strong understanding of the layers of the
technology stack in a best in class service design will contribute greatly
to the success of this position. Finally, experience in working with
enterprise architects as it relates to service integration in the overall
architecture design is key to this position as well. The ideal candidate
thrives in a high-paced, ever-changing environment with aggressive
timelines requiring dedication and commitment to going above and beyond the
requirements of the job description.

·         This role requires a unique combination of functional and
technical skills and proficiencies, with a focus on strong problem solving,
analytical, and diagnostic skills.

·         Due to the importance of partnership and collaboration in this
role, numerous soft skills are extremely critical in this role.

·         Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with
experience interacting with various management levels and partner technical
teams, are paramount to this role.

·         The position requires the directing and guiding the work of
several cross functional team members daily. Strong organizational and

·         Recognized as an expert and visionary in providing strategic
business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

·         Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization
by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex,
strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated
systems.

·         Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and
developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business
requirements.

·         Applies knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive
organizational change and position  the bank for the future.

·         Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions,
assess user needs, and recommend changes.

·         Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture
and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications.


·         Recommends and initiates systems testing.

·         Acts as the highest-level internal consultant within technology
and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater
efficiencies with significant impact to the business.
