We are currently working on filling an exciting new contract opportunity for an *Scrum Master - Business Analyst *position that will be based out in *Hopkins, MN*. *Job Title: **Scrum Master - Business Analyst* *Location: Hopkins, MN* *Duration: 6+ Months* *This is not a PM role.. this is a Scrum Master Business Analyst role but must have exposure to Business Intelligence tools like Business Objects and/or Tableau.* *Data & Business Intelligence – Agile Scrum Master Business Analyst:* The D&BI Requirements Analyst is a new role in the Data & Business Intelligence team that will be part of an agile scrum team focused on delivering data and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate has previous agile project experience as a Requirements Analyst or Business Analyst, has worked with Business Intelligence tools like Business Objects, Tableau, and Power BI and has excellent communication and collaboration skills. *Primary Accountabilities:* · Create, manage, and prioritize backlog with Product Owner in alignment with project vision. · Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with Product Owner, Business SMEs to define and drive out details of user stories and acceptance criteria. · Groom, or refine the user stories into more detail and may use screen prototypes, and process flows to communicate the intent of the product owner’s needs. · Liaise with developer to ensure understanding of detailed requirements and designs. · Perform testing and assist with resolution of defects. · Ensure on-going alignment to business vision and objectives. *Required Skills:* · 4+ years working as part of an agile project delivery team. · 4+years as experience working as a business analyst. · 4+ years of experience working with business intelligence tools (Business Objects, Power BI, and Tableau). · Past project experience as a data analyst or experience working with data integrations in SAP BW/Hana. · Strong information research, data tracing, and data design skills. · Demonstrated ability to be successful in ambiguous environments. · Strong collaboration and influencing skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Experience facilitating meetings and/or group discussions.
