Breadth of experience with multiple different DAS companies – comscope, corning, etc 2. Hands on experience designing 3. Experience creating fresh designs – a lot of people know how to design a system that is fully optimized..designed only for system strength however not consider other aspects like a solidly performing system *What not want to see?* *Not want to see someone who supported Das - some say they did Das design however was all support* * HAVE TO HAVE design * Not want - passive DAS system experience- as opposed to Corning and comsscope which are active DAS - Anybody who can do active can do passive Rock Stars have excellent verbal and written communications - Coming from equipment vendor - commscope and Corning and att nice to have service provider and oem *Solid IBWave have to have * *Be able to generate an ib wave from scratch * Looking for Sr. level/experienced candidates – have to have experience designing and building out sports stadiums, shopping centers, arenas, high density large venues IBWave experience – ideally certified, the higher the better Need to have design engineering experience Do not need any specific DAS hardware experience – just need current OEMs TMO experience is not required Candidates that get first consideration are those that are available immediately *Shawn, **Technical Associate* SoftSages Technology, Inc. 17 Mystic Ln, Malvern, PA - 19355 Desk – 832-941-3971 sh...@softsages.com <n...@softsages.com>* | *www.softsages.com <http://www.softsages.com.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
