*Needed Profiles ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!* *Title: Hybrid Mobile Developer* *Location: Cincinnati OH* Mobile, hybrid, Ionic or Cordova or phone gap or mobile first, angular java html CSS *Hybrid Mobile Developer – Job Description* This position involves leading custom mobile development throughout the entire project life cycle. Web developers are capable of full cycle project leadership including application architecture, design input, site layout/user interface, database design/programming, and utilizing our Enterprise Application Framework (EAF). The right individual for this role will be a motivated and energetic developer who takes initiative, enjoys finding solutions to a varying number of challenges, is detail-oriented, and takes extreme pride in their work. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* Ø Lead and participate in the design and implementation of large and/or architecturally significant applications Ø Mentor team members in web development principles, patterns, processes and practices Ø Champion company standards and best practices Ø Strive to be a thought leader in web development technologies and practices Ø Build partnerships across application, business and infrastructure teams Ø Communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences Ø Document designs and specifications Ø Implement solutions that can solve common problems Ø Research relevant technology trends and recognize trends that are relevant to the retail industry Ø Work to continuously improve web development processes and practices *REQUIREMENTS:* Ø 2+ years of rapid web development, using HTML, Java, JavaScript, Angular JS Ø 2+ years of mobile development in either Android or iOS Ø 5+ years’ experience as a Software Developer with a focus on Java EE solutions Ø A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures Ø Familiarity with popular open source projects including spring, Hibernate, Android Studio, IntelliJ, Ant, Maven, Junit, Git Ø Understanding of the REST architecture Ø Familiarity with the NodeJS ecosystem Ø Familiarity with grid systems and preprocessors such as Bootstrap, SASS, and Less Ø Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets Ø Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills Ø No SQL development (e.g. Cassandra, DCSolr, etc…) experience is preferred Ø Experience with Micro Services and Cloud technologies is preferred.
