Currently there are multiple systems of record for this information. To solve for this duplicate information the company is going to utilize MDM (Master data managment) technology. Futhermore the business process for entering this information will be captured and managed future forward using BPM technology. This project will integrate IBM BPM and IBM MDM technologies which is a first of its kind in the industry. The major technical components of the solution are, IBM MDM, IBM BPM, IBM Datapower/SOA, Informatica/ETL.
