*CRM Requirements and Wishlist Salesperson Needs*
• Integration with Microsoft Business Dynamics NAV
• Currently testing with Kingswaysoft integration tools
• Tag emails to CRM accounts
• Currently testing Outlook CRM plug-in
• View Monthly Goal (Chart) and progress
• Inbound calls pop up customer account in CRM
• We have Lync \ Skype for Business along with Mitel MiContact Center for
call center functionality
• Automated call logging
• Inbound and outbound
• Need to be able to edit notes on phone calls AFTER recording them.
• View Down/Up Accounts
• This can be the data imported from the "Customer Sales Comparison" report
• View Trends
• Suggest activities based on trends (i.e.. an account that has not done
business in 6 months, an activity would be created to make a phone call or
e-mail.)
• Automated activity generation based on trends, orders with no PO, orders
with no reserved inventory
• Be able to "check complete" all tasks from Dashboard
• Create opportunities from Quotes
• Auto populate revenue (currently you manually populate the revenue field)
• Close opportunities as won without having to close out the quotes
• Create tasks from orders or quotes
• Currently permissions don’t allow this
• View sum of sales for the day/month/year
