* Position Description  *
Seeking candidate who will be responsible for working closely with
QualityAssurance Management, Development and Operations counterparts
to
manage the QA testing efforts for large scale firmwide initiatives. The
candidate will be responsible for defining the test strategies, test plans,
testing methodologies, process and procedures (both automated and manual)
for functional, integration, End-to-end, system and regression testing.
This individual must have strong organization, communication skills,
knowledge of data sources across distributed and mainframe platforms.
Candidate will work closely with Project Manager(s) and development in the
preparation of project plans, schedules, and QA estimates. Individual must
ensure that tests are delivered to schedule, budget & quality.
Candidatewill regularly
review testing progress and recommend improvements. In addition,
candidatewill lead
regularly scheduled defect meetings/ triage meetings where defects are
monitored so that they are driven to resolution in alignment with allocated
time frames. Individual will also provide sign-offs on final test findings,
and escalate blocking issues to senior project stakeholders as appropriate.
Candidate will document, review, and certify defects in Quality Center
including assigning ownership, priority, and documenting root cause and
closed reasons. Individual will hold quality improvement sessions after
completion of the project and provide continuous improvement feedback to
the project team. This position is responsible for leading all aspects of
SQA in projects and will work as part of global SQA team.

*Skills Required:  *
-         At least 10 years of managing a QA Team
-         Strong experience within Wealth Management/ Retail Banking - Must
-         Experience with maintaining test entitlement requirements and
matrix to support testing efforts.
-         Experience in both manual and automation testing
-         Strong Communications skills required along with the ability to
create concise and clear reports for distribution to senior management on a
weekly basis.
-         Knowledge of Quality Assurance best practices
-         Ability to monitor and track implementation plans to ensure
desired outcomes.

*Position : SQL Server Developer
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6 months (start asap)

Skill and Role Summary:*
Successful candidate will work within the BridgeTrack Data Services team on
various client projects. Candidate will be a database developer
specializing in Microsoft SQL Server development.

*Main duties and responsibilities:*
Design and develop database schemas and database objects based on design
specifications and business requirements. Create ETL logic to load and
extract data to and from data warehouses. Design, test and execute T-SQL
queries for data retrieval or operational tasks. Perform unit and
end-to-end testing of database processes to verify they meet requirements.
Maintain and update the design documentation for assigned modules. Create
formatted reports, dashboards, or gauges. Validate report data and
investigates data discrepancies.            Work with application engineers
and business users to troubleshoot and correct data issues. Provide
technical leadership, architectural support, and advice with all SQL Server
2005 and 2008 components (i.e. Integration Services, Reporting Services an
Analysis Services). . Design, develop, and maintain relational database
architecture, data dictionaries, and database schemas. Design, develop, and
maintain dimensional databases, or cubes, using SQL Server Analysis
Services. Expose complex dimensional data via OLAP cubes. Design and
createETL solutions to support OLAP and OLTP processes.

*Requirements:*
Mandatory: Knowledge of fundamental concepts within software development
cycle. SQL Server 2005 & SQL Server 2000 experience. SSIS 2005 experience.
T-SQL experience (DDL, DML). SSAS 2005/2008. SSRS 2005/2008. Experience
with creating technical documentation. MDX programming. .NET 2.0 or above
(any language).

*Preferred:  *Big Data experience (Hadoop, Cassandra, MongoDB or other
solution). Microsoft Excel 2007 scripting.
