Have a minimum of five years web programming experience, a minimum of three years programming experience using JAVA,CSS, Javascript, JSON,Xcode and XML. 3. Have the ability to quickly write code that is reliable and produces accurate results, as well as have knowledge of modern programming standards and practices. 4. Have the ability to analyze existing program logic and design changes that meet changing business needs. 5. Be able to work with minimal supervision. 6. Have the willingness and ability to provide after-hours support as needed. 7. Solid working knowledge of JAVA, Object Oriented Programming, HTML, JavaScript and SQL. 10. Knowledge of technologies such as XML/XSL/XSD, Web Services, SOAP, Mobile Development, MYSQL, and DB2 is a plus. 11. Degree/diploma in computer-related field or equivalent business experience is required. 12. Strong business analysis skills. Experienced in object modeling, design, and the ability to graphically portray your ideas using software such as MS Visio or MS PowerPoint. 13. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong relationship skills are a must. 14. Ability to organize, conduct, & LEAD user design/project groups effectively. 15.
