The 7 most important responsibilities are: 1. Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and assist of team of 6-10 IT Testers. The testers may or may not be CMIC employees co-located in Merrill home office. 2, Lead and coordinate Test Case development (approximately 1,200 test cases documented in Jira) 3. Produce and maintain detail test plans 4. Assign, coordinate, and possibly conduct manual testing 5. Coordinate, monitor, and facilitate on-shore and off-shore testing. This will include development of test automation suites by offshore team or other contractors. 6. Report on test results. Keep dashboards, confluence, emails, and stakeholders current on test results. For example: when IT Testing is complete and successful, hand-off test execution to UAT once IT testing is complete. 7. Continuously watch for and implement testing process improvements.
