*Kindly mail me at nik...@apetan.com <nik...@apetan.com>* Business Systems Analyst San Rafael/CA 1 year Contract *Job description* 1 year contract for Business Systems Analyst in San Rafael/CA office. *Over 12+ Years of Industry Experience * • Over 8 plus years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment, ideally in an H-Tech Vertical • Experience working in an environment where the enterprise application landscape involves Siebel, SAP R/3, Salesforce, AWS and other SaaS based applications • Experience working as a BSA on projects that involve building High Availability Web Services (PaaS) that is consumed by end customer and channel partners • Experience working on project that include functionality around Order Management from order to cart to fulfillment. • Experience analyzing data and working with team to understand RCA/pain points, offer recommendations. • Experience in Sql is a must have. • Skill in conceptualizing, documenting and presenting creative idea/solutions • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs and drivers with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and collaboration skills with all levels of management and the ability to motivate teams to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic and complex problems. • Expertise in understanding, setting and managing customer expectations. • Experience interfacing with the Business Stakeholders, Sr. EIS Mgmt and globally distributed teams. • Action oriented. Strong Analytical, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills; experience in both process and solution analysis & design. • Strong customer service, communication, organizational and leadership skills. • Maturity and ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment with aggressive deadlines.
