(50% functional and 50% technical)* *Estimating this project to be: 6+ Month Contract* *ONLY US Citizens or Green Card –T* *Start: ASAP* *Location: Tulsa, OK * They want this candidate to have experience with Hyperion as well as Finance and Supply Chain. Must have strong analytical/functional skills and recent end to end Rel12 implementation experience, a strong background with entire manufacturing and supply chain planning processes as well as Oracle modules expertise to include (but not limited to): Oracle R12.1.3 Purchasing and iProcurement, Inventory, Order Management, BOM, Routing, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Cost Management, Install Base and related Mfg & Supply Chain modules/features (Lot/Serialization/Barcoding tracking Experience would be a plus) and who has strong communication skills and can perform independently. Lead software enhancement projects including directing the work assignments and priorities of others. Collaborate with key process owners on documentation of application defects, enhancements and/or projects. Lead configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance of software solutions as prioritized by the business including creating/updating system documentation and training materials around an existing application suite. Lead gathering and documenting of business requirements to determine capabilities to be delivered. Consult with users on priorities, complexities and other impacts of the requirements. Provide time and cost estimates for proposed changes resulting from the requirements. Identify opportunities to deploy existing solutions in other business areas. Coordinate and communicate development activities with other team members, infrastructure personnel, vendors and management. Follow defined change control and compliance procedures associated with software development, including all required documentation and governance standards. Interact with business users via consulting and training to ensure effective use of technology solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members. Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job. Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned. *Job Requirements** :-* Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience to include: Experience with multiple development languages and/or platforms specific to Oracle Purchase and Inventory eBusiness Suite Experience in software development and programming concepts/techniques. Experience working with database management systems. Experience with most aspects of the software development lifecycle methodology and basic project management concepts. Experience with basic infrastructure technologies and the ability to understand/communicate impacts resulting from development activities. Experience directing and training other project members. Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively. Experience developing information, conducting meetings and making presentations.
