Resource Requirements: • 5-6 years of Salesforce experience • 2+ years of Call Center and Healthcare experience • Ability to work onsite at Los Angeles Project: • Architect and design a Salesforce application for a Call Center (Service Cloud) from scratch. • The project will use iterative development methodology and be deployed in sprints. • The project team will include internal and external resources from Client, other vendors and potentially Salesforce. The CRM will have to: • Integrate with the Client’s Phone system to help identify callers (Cisco) • Store Contact, Case and Activity information related to all calls • Perform Case management • Integrate with internal and external data sources (web services, batch integration) • Provide state mandated reporting Thank you!!
