*Job Description :* *Role :* Principal BPMS Engineer *Location: * New York, NY *Duration: * Long Term * Experience: 10+ Years* Client is seeking an experienced Business Process Management System (BPMS) engineer with extensive BPM solutions design experience on performing business analysis and overall ownership of business process and models in an agile environment. The candidate will work in partnership with the business users and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and develop advanced BPM solutions, wearing multiple hats including, • Drive the design and build out of a scalable and robust BPM solution • Lead teams in developing solutions and process orchestration based on the leading BPM platform • Lead and Implement complex integration BPM projects • Create and promote best practices within the BPM group • Primary relationships will be with other members of the development team as well as members of the Cross-Functional teams, including Product Management, Product Design, Testing and Release Services and Project Management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for specific Product Development efforts, assist and provide input during the creation of business requirements and functional design. • Work with technical architects to define and document system designs and solutions consistent with the prescribed architecture. • Lead and work with teams of software engineers and developers on multiple and complex software development efforts. • Work with the QA staff during various phases of testing and test case preparation • Perform reviews to ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality • Create technical and business user documents for integration solutions, including development and support related documentation. • Define Best practices and integration application patterns *Required Experience:* • 12 years software engineering experience • 8 years Java/J2EE/EJB/JMS/XML experience • 5+ years Javascript/HTML experience • 7 years experience in BPM development with leading BPM platforms such as IBM, Pega, Oracle, etc. • 5 years experience in Business Rules Development and Management with leading BRMS platforms such as IBM, Pega, Drools, etc. • Experience with process modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business event based technologies and be able to lead teams in developing end to end BPM solutions • Working experience with case modeling, defining KPI, SLA, BAM, dash boarding & reporting • Experience in various phases of the system development life cycle including project planning, analysis and design, coding, and testing • Understanding of business process management market and technology trends. • 5 years of Oracle database experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
