Strong leadership qualities Distributed Application Testing Systems integration ( particularly interface/communication protocols between sub systems)· Some Automation experience Some performance experience Strong communication abilities Defect tracking ( familiar with defect lifecycles) Role: This is for our client’s web portal project that is currently underway. This person will be acting as a test lead on a large, heavily involved project that will require a detailed test plan (senior level). He or she will need to be proficient and strong in test case writing, execution, defect lifecycle management, and status reporting.
