INTERVIEW PROCESS: Phone/Skype Interview, possible final round face-to-face City: Reston State: Virginia Status: Accepting Candidates Description: Participates in analysis and implementation of software solutions that fulfill requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders in eliciting and solidifying system requirements that will support the required business functions. Implement CMMI compliant processes for illiciting and documenting requirements. Coach team members on adherence to processes and train analysts in new systems. Duties / Responsibilities: Statements describing the essential (absolutely necessary) actions performed to achieve required end results. 1. Support and actively participate in the software requirements and specifications gathering, review and verification processes 2. Translate business requirements into software specifications and functional designs 3. Support and actively contribute to the elaboration and execution of the various test strategies applicable to the software projects 4. Review and monitor execution and completion of system processes 5. Establish and perform quality reviews of process outputs 6. Perform activities required to produce software documentation (e.g., design specifications, user manuals) and provide end user training as needed 7. Serve as the point of contact and client interface for data and functional analysis 8. Participate in project meetings to represent MAXIMUS in addressing needs of the client and other project stakeholders 9. Review work products such as requirements specifications, test cases, and designs, providing feedback and logging necessary changes. 10. Train and support other analysts in using tools, processes, and technical systems Education/Certification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Arts from an accredited college or university in an appropriate Science, Technology, or Engineering field, or equivalent experience.
