I perform both quantitative and qualitative market research projects in areas such as customer experience, employee engagement and new business acquisition, including primary and secondary research support and other areas to help guide tactical and strategic decision-making. Provide superior client service to internal partners, while ensuring complete objectivity and superior standards of reporting.
