(RDBMS Concepts - Expertise in SQL queries, complex joins,Expertise in PL/SQL,Hands on Procedures ,functions and packages,Hands on any SQL editors ,Query Tuning techniques Good to have knowledge on Unix/Perl scripts and commands) Experience creating stored procedures from scratch.
