*Position : Senior BA* *Location : Boston, MA* *Duration : 2 Years * *Qualifications:* - At least 10+ years of IT experience. - At least 3 years of experience as a senior business analyst responsible for managing requirements of large complex projects. - Knowledge of business process analysis and/or re-engineering using various methodologies such as RUP and agile methodologies - Strong knowledge of process flow diagraming techniques such as Swim Lanes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to translate complex business needs into use case models - Familiarity with reporting and ETL tools a plus - Excellent interpersonal, communications and analysis skills, planning and organizational proficiency and good business judgment. - Familiarity with IT business practices and be able to interface and integrate with IT and Agency functional areas. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Ability to perform related duties, as required - Bachelor's degree with a major in the field of computer science, information systems - Working knowledge of Relational Databases, Data Modeling and Analytics skills; Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence theory and concepts.
