*Title: SAP MDM (Master Data Management Analyst)* *Location : Cypress, CA* *Duration : 9 Months +* *In-Person interview is Required.* *GC/Citizen only…….* *Job Description:* Our Client continues to extend and upgrade its SAP application footprint. In summary our client uses the current MDM environment to control the creation, maintenance and syndication of customer master data in support of its wholesale distribution network. In addition, we are looking to extend the application for centralization of the company's material master for its vehicles, engines and outdoor power equipment. To accomplish this we are looking for a seasoned individual with MDM Net Weaver 7.1 experience. This position will report to the Department Manager of Information Services - SAP OTC. This MDM Data Steward position will be the primary resource of this system and will be *responsible for analysis, design, configuration, testing, documentation, training and troubleshooting. *Also included would be the data migration and integration with the current existing Client systems architecture. Candidates granted interviews should expect to be questioned on their previous work experience on these specific tasks. Special consideration will be given to those candidates who have some combination of the following skills or experiences: multiple projects with implementation of *MDM NetWeaver 7.1, SAP Portal and iView integration, SAP ECC 6.0* ehp7 experience, and previous experience in the automotive or distribution space. Occasional travel may be required although it would be out of the ordinary. Overtime may be required during key phases of the implementation. This position has no direct reports or other supervisory responsibilities and no budgetary responsibilities. *Responsibilities:* - Solicit and document business requirements - as necessary, leveraging or modifying previous artifacts from existing application - Write interface specifications - as necessary, leveraging or modifying previous artifacts - Generate process flows and data definitions - as necessary, leveraging or modifying previous artifacts - Design use cases - as necessary, leveraging or modifying previous artifacts - Develop test plan and write test cases - Develop training and other end-user documentation - Develop and implement an end-user training plan - Planning, organizing and documenting project time line to support project goals - Work with Basis team on technical issues - Communicating system issues, schedules and status to ISD management - Provide system support *Required Experience / Skills:* - Central Master Data Management - ability to define, create and maintain an inclusive and flexible central data repository to eliminate maintenance of master data in the connected client systems - Content Consolidation - ability to define and implement rules for centralized cleansing, de-duplication and consolidation of data - Master Data Harmonization - ability to map and implement the re-distribution of cleansed, consolidated master data to other internal systems, databases and other Client external partners - Portal and iView Management - ability to create and maintain multiple data management scenarios including the necessary security, workflow and approval processes - Rich Product Content Management - Experience with catalog management and publishing using rich content (images, PDF files, video, sound etc.) is a plus - Some experience working with FI/CO, SD or MM modules would be a plus - Previous experience in the automotive or distribution industry - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to communicate with business and IT resources - Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office - Previous experience with defect tracking software like HP Quality Center a plus - Self-motivated and flexible - Degree form a four-year accredited college or university is desired; an advanced degree is a plus. *Rahul Singh| Technical Recruiter* *Technology Resource Group Inc. 3736 Hills-Dale Court Santa Clara, CA 95051 Office: 408-709-1760.
