Job Title : ETL Business Analyst Location : Charlotte, NC Duration : 12+ Months *Basic scope* ▪Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of business problems to be solvedWith Wholesale Profitability platform •Conducts evaluations of business requirements and recommends appropriate alternatives to business line with the support of Profitability platform technical teams •Engages with all areas of the Wholesale Services organization, including technology programming resources, senior leadership,business teams, testing teams, finance teams, and others involved with the Profitability platform •Presenting or assisting in the presentation of requirements and solutions to broad audiences, with the ability to drive to consensusagreements •Works with user groups to document and assess user needs, and recommend changes to the Profitability platform reports and tools •Drives documentation from initiation to conclusion independently, with some to little supervision •Assists in detailed analysis and issues tracking for delivery of data requirements •Supports training and technical teams during development and testing cycles *Additional scope/skills:* •Excellent communication skills •Ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly •Ability to adapt to environments / situations that are not always clearly defined or ambiguous •Highly efficient at managing large numbers of activities/tasks •Self-starter with ability to work with limited oversight, solve issues through collaboration •Solid writing skills •Strong presentation skills •Basic understanding of financial statements and metrics •Previous experience working with technical teams in translating written requirements into technical specifications •Background with Wells Fargo documentation process for projects (including BRDs, FSDs, change controls) •Familiarity with various lines of business in the Wholesale group •Familiarity with cross -sell processes and agreement structures Please fill the information matrix for the above position and send me your updated resume.
