The candidate must have the capability to develop, install, configure, and customize the tools and related software built under the guidance and expertise of client. *Skills Requirements:* *Required Skills:* Expertise in SAS Web Report Studio 4.3 and above Experience with Microsoft SQL databases Possesses the ability to communicate with the affected user community, requirements analysts, and others to develop the most appropriate approach. *Desired Skills:* Experience with SAS OLAP Viewer, OLAP Cube Studio and Enterprise Guide Proficient in writing Excel macros, JavaScript Proficient in Predictive analytic tools Skilled in providing detailed written and/or oral recommendations. Familiar with all phases of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC). Familiar with Section 508 compliance regulations.
