Role : BA Duration: 6+ Months Location: Wayne NJ Interview: Phone then F2F Required The position requires an experienced, self-motivated Lead Business Analyst who is able to work independently, analyze and rapidly understand the business problem, alternative solutions, how to develop a Feasibility Study, elicit and define requirements, document current (as is) and future (to be) processes. Very strong communication skills are required. Knowledge of financial processes such as procure to pay, billing, accounts payable are preferred. Excellent communication (verbal and written)skills, organizational skills, ability to execute and deliver quality results, strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
