*Job Title* Financial Data Analyst *Project Location* Norristown PA *Duration* 6 months /Contract * MOI:-Telephonic+Face2Face* *\* * Skills Required and Job Description:* NEED- Data Analysis skills/experience, Experience working with financial data, PowerBI a big plus *Financial Data Analyst: * *They will be working with financial data to create reports and dashboards using PowerBI* *Responsibilities:* - Use PowerBI or other BI reporting tools and methods to Validate and reconcile data from different sources. - Reporting and Visualization specification of Requirements. - Reporting and Visualization development using PowerBI. - Master Data Management process - Detailed reconciliation to find root causes of discrepancies between data sources - Work with local IT and business resources to define reconciliation issues and resolutions - Work with local IT and business resources to tie staging to source systems - Document local processes and resulting data that must be accounted for in BI - Identify and document manual processes that must be accounted for in BI - Detailed (i.e. column-by-column) unit test of extract packages into Staging - Document issues in defect log - Document proposed resolution and communicate to technical resource - Identify and document issues to be raised to the Data Governance *Skills/Qualifications* Candidates must have 5+ years of Business Intelligence or Reporting experience.
