Provide first contact (Level 0) support for end-users for Order to Cash (CS
- Customer Service) & Transportation Management (TMS) process questions and
requests, including but not limited to:
1. Provide high level of customer service by providing prompt support via
telephone, email, and or instant messaging.
2. Research & resolve problems; if necessary work with appropriate
functional Stream and  application resources to resolve them. Requests
could include: - How to's - Tactical workflow changes - One-on-one
("ad-hoc") training - Requests for analysis from functional managers
3. Role Authorization analysis including: - Helping supervisors identify
what roles their associates will need - Identifying training requirements
for new users and new responsibilities
4. Communicate to end-users and business partners to inform them of
problems, solutions, application outages, monthly and year-end reminders,
etc.
5. Understand Order-to-Cash (Customer Service) & Transportation processes
and proactively identify/resolve issues that cross functional teams.
6. Proactively identify business process issues manifested in application
data.
7. Function as the business user representative to the Applications team,
as requested.
• Answer end user questions, research and resolve problems, working with
appropriate LGO resources, if necessary.
• Analyze data to identify problems or recommend preventive action, and
research/troubleshoot problems to determine root cause.
• •Must have the ability to walk end-users through resolution for problems
over the phone, via e-mail and in person.
• Deliver training and participate in testing activities as a member of the
NPPC Super User Network. Also assist LGO as needed with projects, testing
and providing business process understanding.
• Must be able to proactively collaborate with various business areas that
impact functional area-related activities.
8. Provide on-call 24/7 coverage on a rotating basis with teammates
(evenings, weekends and holidays) This is a St. Louis position that
requires the person to work from the St. Louis office Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Working remotely is not an option.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the following:
In-depth functional knowledge of SAP Customer Service and/or Transportation
and related end-to-end process support to end users including Data, roles,
and transactions associated with the end-to-ends
• Messaging/IDOCs
• Order to Bill including Customer & Material Data, Sales Orders, ST0's,
STP0's, ME23N, Returns, NDS, OMER, OTR, SOOC, Mass Order Change, Invoicing,
Pro-Forma Invoices
• Transportation including carriers, tariffs, rates & lanes, optimization,
load planning, dock & yard, rating loads, ATP (BOPI, CO09, NCOL, Negative
ATP, DMC), delivery creation via transportation cockpit & VL10B, shipping
cost documents, various monitoring/reporting transactions and JDA/i2
Transportation Management System

Skills:
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Presence under pressure
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment, i.e. willingness to pitch in
and help teammates without being asked
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Actual user experience preferred
