The analyst IV has advanced skills in understanding the consumer application of technology and problem solving through the application of proven process improvement techniques and development of technology services. Will often lead teams during one or more phases of a project, have direct and frequent contact with business and HD leadership, and provide oversight to critical components of the service delivery project. Coordinates efforts among various groups in the development of a service including, consumer experience, process improvement resources, architecture resources, external consultants, other technical resources and key vendors. The Senior HD Analyst typically has deep technical, consumer and business process knowledge that are leveraged with business and consumer experience partners to develop and deliver process and technology experiences and services with high value realization. Develop and maintain an effective level of operational support for consumer and business applications and be a key resource in troubleshooting or issue resolution. Qualification 3-5 years of experience in technology related field The work of the Analyst should be: • Elicitation - Discovering the underlying business need to be addressed and information related to the product and project requirements, often through conversations with stakeholders. • Analyzing Requirements – Organizing, specifying and modeling the requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous. • Specifying Requirements - Documenting the requirements by creating Acceptance Criteria (involving QA), User Stories or FSD that can be shared with stakeholders, as directed by Project Manager. • Validating and Verifying Requirements – Ensuring the requirements map to the real business need, are approved by all relevant stakeholders, and meet essential quality standards (including signoff on test case and test approach) and driving issue resolution related to requirements conflicts. The deliverables from the Analyst could vary depending on the toolsets we choose and the needs of project. Our efforts around Agile development will also drive the outputs. This future work should be outlined in collaboration with Lean/Agile process work. In general, the deliverables are below: 1. Documentation of requirements 2. Documentation of success/acceptance criteria 3. Review of test cases to ensure success criteria 4.
