Candidate could immediately build new applications with the technology as well as contribute to existing projects using the technology. 8. Candidate has enough knowledge in this category to make suggestions regarding technical/design decisions. 9. Candidate could coach team members in the use of the technology and is experienced enough to do peer code reviews in this technology. 10. Candidate has mastered this technology and is technically capable of working independently in this category. 11. Candidate would contribute immediately to a team's use of this technology in a project. 12.
