Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT
organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
• Analyzes business partner’s operations to understand their strengths and
weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
• Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for
new technology.
• Translates high level business requirements into functional
specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such
specifications.
• Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business.
• Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication
between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final
implementation.
• Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this
knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the
enterprise’s competitive edge.
• May make recommendations for buy versus build decision.
• Business Analyst for development of operational support tools relating to
the X1 Platform.
• Tool design for new products and features releasing on the X1 Platform.
• Technical detail design for tool and system enhancements to support the
new products and features.
• Creating, documenting, and communicating requirements as User Stories to
development teams to create support tools and services.
• Acting as functional architect for partner organizations integrating with
services which have been developed by Product Team
• Working with development and architecture teams to understand new
products being deployed and areas which support agents would require
insight to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Use that insight to create requirements for new features.
• Serve as primary POC for design and clarification of requirements and
implementation.
• Integrating with other cross functional teams
• Analyze and Troubleshoot customer issues and high call / ticket items
reported by NASR
• Assist in the development and deployment of new or enhanced support tools
for products
• Assist Product Owners with prioritization of requirements and
functionality
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Typically has 4 to 6 years of relevant technical or business work
experience.
• Must have agile experience
• Must have telecom operational support experience
